'crash' is a kernel debugging utility which the bug description shows that you do not have installed. It is not a package against which you should report crashes.
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Responses#Missing_a_crash_report_or_having_a_.crash_attachment might be of help here but crashes should always be reported against the offending package. The contents of the /var/crash directory might give an indication as to which application has crashed and against which a bug report should be raised. I'll close this as 'Invalid' as this bug report is of little use to anyone that can help fix your issue. ** Package changed: crash (Ubuntu) => ubuntu ** Changed in: ubuntu Status: New => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to crash in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1957091 Title: some times the screen will be no response, even keyboard and mouse.
