Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
review all reported bugs in a timely manner.

'crash' is a kernel debugging utility which the bug description shows
that you do not have installed. It is not a package against which you
should report crashes.

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Responses#Missing_a_crash_report_or_having_a_.crash_attachment
might be of help here but crashes should always be reported against the
offending package.

The contents of the /var/crash directory might give an indication as to
which application has crashed and against which a bug report should be
raised.

Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic) reached end-of-standard-support on May 31, 2023 so
closing as 'Invalid'.
