Title:
[25.04 FEAT] [IO2210] Enhanced RAS and Call Home for zPCI

Status in Ubuntu on IBM z Systems:
  Fix Released
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Feature Description:

If a PCI device still appears to be broken after a "Transparent PCI
Recovery" has been performed, a Call Home needs to be triggered in an
automated fashion using the appropriate SCLP interface.

This feature is increasingly important with "PF access mode". There is
a set of problems which are detected by the FW when the PF is owned by
the FW, and for which FW triggers a Call Home, but can't be detected
by the FW if the PF is owned by Linux. To avoid a degradation in user
experience and out of the box RAS capabilities, Linux needs to do the
  corresponding detection and handling.
