Title:
[25.04 FEAT] zPCI: Optics Monitoring for PF Access Mode - kernel part
Status in Ubuntu on IBM z Systems:
Fix Released
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Feature Description:
When PF Access Mode is used the PCI Support Partition can no longer
monitor the optics of a native PCI network adapter while they are
under full control of customer partitions. This monitoring however
allows for streamlined service processes. This Line Item will thus
provide a Linux service that customers can use to collect such optics
monitoring data from partitions using PF access mode and to relay this
data to firmware.
