I'll test. I could also try 6.8.0-48-generic from noble, if I can get it all installed (this laptop is new, and had Oracular on it from scratch). The noble kernel should run OK as I have another system on which I *have* to use it, as 6.11.0* just stops dead (powers off completely) shortly after boot. If it doesn't crash then the system runs OK. The only information I have is the crash dump displayed on the screen. I've attached the one that showed more information than usual (the most I've seen). Could it be that a probe is getting random data returned?
