Have you observed the issue also with the previous version 6.11.0-8-generic? Could you possibly test that version if you haven't done so already? It would also be interesting whether 6.11 mainline presents the same symptom: https://kernel.ubuntu.com/mainline/ (unfortunately our mainline builds are not operational at this very moment).
