[ 1.182803] i8042: PNP: PS/2 appears to have AUX port disabled, if this is
incorrect please boot with i8042.nopnp

[    1.849087] i8042: probe of i8042 failed with error -5

Not sure what to tell you. Has this ever worked in the past?

You can play around with the modules options, specifically 'probe_defer'
and 'reset'. And also 'debug', maybe that results in additional useful
information.

Title:
  Integrated Keypad is not working in Ubuntu OS

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  we've encountered an issue with the keypad when booting the device
  with Ubuntu OS. We have tested two versions (22 and 24), but in both
  cases, none of the keypad keys are functioning. The keypad works fine
  in the BIOS utility setup page.We have also attempted to upgrade the
  kernel to version 6.11 from the default kernel versions provided, but
  this did not resolve the issue.

  cat /proc/version_signature > version.log   ->no output

  sudo lspci -vnvn > lspci-vnvn.log           ->no output

  xev                                         ->no output
