Public bug reported:

Title basically

oracular-preinstalled-desktop-arm64+raspi.img.xz

9aaacf14e4d12bd59ac20ba07d34dbe6ad2dee14bc211947915d6b2b845af424

To reproduce:
Fresh "installation"
Connect any bluetooth headset or speaker
Play any youtube video (preferably music you're familiar with, so the issue is
more apparent)
You will notice the audio is poor quality, not a lot of high end as well as
what sounds like a lot of digital distortion.

Not sure of the cause just yet, but filing the bug so we can add more
info in the comments.

I noticed this on a Pi 400 and Pi 4, did not test on a Pi 5.
