Public bug reported:

The combination of a Intel AX200 wifi+bt card (in my case inside a AMD
Thinkpad T14) with a Logitech Master MX3 causes the mouse to not
reconnect after every reboot or suspend due to a kernel bluetooth bug
that causes the mouse MAC address to increment each time.

This is documented and discussed extensively in this forum thread on
arh: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=259954&p=2

The upstream kernel bug is:
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=209745

This was patched in Archs kernel at 5.9.10, according to the kernel bug
tracker is was supposedly it was fixed upstream in 6.0 but the final
comment on the kernel bug report is from someone saying they were still
seeing it in 6.0.1 and I'm definitely seeing it in a new install of
Ubuntu 24.04 with its 6.8.0-45 ubuntu kernel as per the data apport
should have gathered and included here off my system.

It would be great if the small patch already applied to the arch kernel
and possibly upstream could please be applied to the 24.04 Ubuntu kernel
to fix this EXTREMELY annoying bug, thank you.
