I still suspect this is hardware error, so I just removed 2 of these 3 new SSDs, including one connected to possibly faulty slot. Errors disappeared.
@paulmenzel , if you (or other kernel developers) want, then I can insert them back. But I cannot do this at home, so this will require me to go to certain place for 30 minutes and then to go back for another 30 minutes. I. e. this will require some time investment from my side.
