Public bug reported: After a reboot, my NIC has status and activity leds working, mii-tool reports link status and speed, but ethtool reports unknown speed and duplex and 'ip link' reports status DOWN.
I have no connectivity and cannot use the interface at all. Booting the system using Debian stable, works. The NIC also works in Windows 10.
