Kernel bugs need to be reported against the Linux kernel and not against the Ubuntu project in general. As Linux Mint seems to be based on Ubuntu 22.04 I'll tag this as being a 'jammy' bug and move this to the 'linux' package.

Update hung near end of kernal update and never moved. Rebooted and system would hang at flashing courser after booting to just after the login and pw and would just hang there. Had to start in emergency mode and revert to kernal 5.15.0-48.
