Hi
the em28xx-new should be added to the repository or at least be replaced.
the new em28xx is an open source driver (otherwise i wouldn't be able to
compile it on my machine) and I think that the driver should come out of the
box.
The current driver is an old one that does not support DVB. it supports
analog only.
