Bug description:
I have a Dexatek Technology Ltd. DK mini DVB-T Dongle. Rtl2832U
based.
It works fine on several (X)Ubuntu 13.10 64 bits machines.
It doesn't work on 13.10 386/686 machines, it skips the (Dutch) free to air
channels (618000).
