So, can you boot from 5.3.0-23? I thought the initial report mentioned you could not boot from 5.3.0-23.
And are you using secure boot? That would prevent testing the kernel I gave you as it cannot be properly signed being a test kernel. If that is the case, can you disable secure boot and test?
