Bug description:
Scince the hardy upgrade my DVD writer (LG GSA-H55L) is no longer
working. Copying files fails with an "Input/output error" and burning
a disc stops after a few seconds with nero reporting "DMA-driver
error, CRC error". This all worked fine with gutsy and is still
working without problems under windows. So it looks like the hardy
upgrade broke something.
when trying to copy data from a CD, dmesg reports:
