wireless card (Killer n1525) doesn't work

Bug description:
Killer 1525 wireless card doesn't work on Ubuntu Mate with stock drivers. It
sometimes can detect networks, but cannot connect to WPA protected WIFI.
"dmesg | grep ath" shows several thousand of lines "failed to start hw scan:
-108". Problem can be fixed by following the steps outlined here:

Please include correct board.bin and firmware-?.bin files to Ubuntu
Mate 16.04 distro.
In my case wifi worked after I deleted board.bin and firmware-4.bin
both /lib/firmware/ath10k/QCA6174/hw2.1/ and
/lib/firmware/ath10k/QCA6174/hw3.0/ then copied
firmware-5.bin_SW_RM.1.1.1-00157-QCARMSWPZ-1 as firmware-4.bin and
firmware-4.bin. Finally, I saved resulting board.bin, firmware-4.bin
and firmware-5.bin to both ..../2.1/ and ..../3.0/ folders
