You can reproduce the issue easily when issuing a 'racadm racreset' via SSH on the included iDRAC 6 KVM card. You'll afterwards see one of the [events/$x] processes of the kernel in state D and interaktive logins on the operating system will no longer work. You can still connect with 'ssh -T'.
