Hi,

A new feature really disturbs me but I don't know where to submit this feedback, so I do it there. If it's not appropriate, please excuse-me and redirect me to the right place.

Since the new Applications update, a global setting has been introduced to act on click or double-click. I find this really disturbing, because all interactions in programs are not /expected/ to be identical.

To give an example:
- On Dolphin, I want to select a folder by single click, and open it by double click. It was like this for a long time, so I'm use to it, and clicking on the tiny '+' is not efficient enough in my case. - On Help (and other software, but I don't have an example right now), clicking on an item from the left panel should directly open the corresponding explanations on the main panel, not just selecting it. It's the same on System Settings, where selecting is useless : one click should directly send me to the setting I clicked on.

Because of this new global settings, I cannot have both, and I find it too bad.

Cheers,
Olivier

PS: It's a feedback, I hope it can make evolve the current behaviour. Out of this, I'm quite amazed by your awesome job, KDE is getting better and better <3
