STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Put a bunch of application icons in the desktop 2. Lock the user account 3. Go away for a while (?) 4. Unlock the user account OBSERVED RESULT Desktop icons get reordered EXPECTED RESULT Desktop icons stay where they are SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Fedora Linux 41 KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.8.0 Qt Version: 6.8.0 Kernel Version: 6.11.10-300.fc41.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics Memory: 13.5 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon Graphics ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Not sure if the version set is correct, I use Fedora Linux 41 however and it's the latest version on there, has been happening for a while, well, for as long as I've used KDE which hasn't been toooo long, a few months though. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
