SUMMARY
The flatpak permission management tool inside KDE's system settings is not up
to date and does not allow management of a few newly added permissions, whereas
Flatseal does show them, such as gpg-agent and inherit-wayland-socket.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Get Flatseal and compare to KDE's flatpak management tool

OBSERVED RESULT
Missing ability to revoke/allow gpg-agent and inherit-wayland-socket (different
from just wayland)

EXPECTED RESULT
The ability to //
