Through the wacom driver (which can be buggy), the Qt framework provides Krita with tablet events, which we use. You can switch between two drivers on Windows: Windows Ink and Wintab in Krita's settings, because each driver can have different bugs. You also try to reset the driver settings; this often helps with wacom problems.
