It not only varies from phone to phone, it's different computers as well. Both my laptop and desktop have Neon 24.04, both updated from 22.04. My laptop has no issues connecting but I can't brows my phone from my desktop, and haven't been able to for quite some time now. I've pretty much given up on it now, I don't think they'll ever fix it.
