The original bug report is about ICE, which is a duplicate of 487912 and fixed
by plasma-workspace 0dcf34458d99b07a3d9054ae0c86c656e0dfa7aa

ticket containing output of:
`cat ~/.config/ksmserverrc` after it fails to restore.
`journalctl --user -b -u plasma-ksmserver`
