You owe this to everybody who has spent time on this. Otherwise you run the risk of users not reporting bugs anymore. Because who in his right mind would want to waste precious time and energy on a report if he knows it might get wiped off like this? The reference to Wayland was completely expendable as nobody here was _discussing_ Wayland. And if "Wayland" is a forbidden word to you or KDE in general now better let people know in advance.
