I did a bit of research and apparently you need to use
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ffmpeg-full from the AUR if you are on Arch
Linux. I'm surprised you have to use the AUR package to encode with OpenH264
using FFmpeg. KPipeWire uses FFmpeg internally.
