Right clicking on the panel
Since updating to Plasma 6.1.5 I have notice limited functionality of the Right
click menu of the panel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on the panel.

OBSERVED RESULT
Only 4 choices appear:
1:) Configure Icons-only Task Manager
2:) Show Alternatives
3:) Add Widgets
4:) Show Panel Configuration
EXPECTED RESULT
Expecting to see "Enter Edit Mode"
After entering Edit Mode, the ability to delete recently added Widgets is
possible.
I noticed that after adding a Widget to the panel, and the only action
available is to configure the Widget. I cannot move it around on the panel, nor
can I delete the Widget.
