Thank you for the bug report! I cannot reproduce this on master.
How are you opening krunner? Can you try removing the shortcut assigned to the
"Run command on clipboard contents" action in the KRunner entry of System
Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts? This would help us rule out accidental
triggers of that function.
