This happens always for me. After system go to sleep and wakes up, one of of
the monitor is always dimmer and I am unable to change the brightness of that
monitor.

- How is the monitor connected?
The faulty one is connected with DP and the other one is connected with
HDMI.

- Has changing screen brightness via Plasma ever worked?
It works fine when I start my computer. After computer wakes up from sleep,
it stops working for one of my monitors.

- Can you paste the output of `kscreen-doctor -o`?
