Thank you for this report, I understand it's been a while since this report saw
any activity, however I would like to check if this issue is still occurring
for you in a more recent Plasma version.
If it is still occurring, I'd like you to see what happens to the file
~/.config/plasmanotifyrc when you alter the Do Not Disturb toggle on each of
the applets.
