Not sure if related but when I have scaling turned up I have similar weird
issues.
When moving my mouse to the right hand corners of my screen (particularly
difficult when attempting to scroll), it will leap towards the left into the
center of the screen slightly, and when doing it on the left hand side of the
screen it is even weirder, and it will glide upwards towards the top of the
screen (the more I slide my finger left on my phone the more it glides up as if
the axis were changed)
