Sorry, but that is not enough information to help you. Lots of people draw with
Krita every day, so something else must be up. You might be trying to draw on a
locked layer, a hidden layer or something else might be going on. Please
provide more information, in the form of a screen shot or a screen recording
showing the problem, the .kra file you are working on and the contents of
help->system information for bug reports.
In general, the bug database is not a place for user support: you might get
quicker answers on krita-artists.org where more people will read your
questions.
