SUMMARY
The Touchpad configuration screen is blank even on a laptop, where a touchpad
is always present
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a laptop with KDE Plasma on it
2. Open System Settings > Mouse & Touchpad > Touchpad
OBSERVED RESULT
The screen is blank. There is no "No Touchpad Connected" message either.
EXPECTED RESULT
Touchpad configuration options are present
