It appears like when I right click on an application icon that shows on the
"icon-only Task Manager" to select the virtual Desktop(s) it should be
displayed on, it allows me to only select a single virtual desktop to "move it
to" (via radio buttons on wayland) and in order to display it on multiple, I
need to hit Alt-F3 to be able to select multiple virtual desktop using the
checkboxes which appears to be in inconsitency.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right click on an application icon that shows on the "icon-only Task
Manager" allows the application to be "moved to" a particular desktop
2. hit Alt + F3 and select multiple desktops to show the application on
3. Number 1. should have the same options as 2. IMHO

OBSERVED RESULT
inconsitency in placing applications on desktops

EXPECTED RESULT
both options should allow the applicaion to be placed on multiple desktops
