SUMMARY
Changing the regional settings does not change the LC_* vars in the shell.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the Regional Settings in the System Settings
2. Reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
The LC_* vars in the shell were not changed.
EXPECTED RESULT
The LC_* vars in the shell change according to the Regional Settings in the
System Settings.
