SUMMARY
Plasma notifications are not respecting their position settings and appear in
the middle of the screen on X11. As far as I remember, I didn't see that
behavior on Wayland(will check it additionally later)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to X11 session
2. Receive some notification
OBSERVED RESULT
Notification is in the middle of the screen
EXPECTED RESULT
Notification position should respect their settings
