Can confirm on Arch, newly installed, with `hunspell` package but no
`hunspell-en_gb` or similar dictionary files. Leaving the Spell Check area of
System Settings prompts me to save the changes like faveoled's attachment video
shows. Installing dictionary files fixes this issue for me (without any other
changes). Uninstalling the dictionary files brings back the issue. Saving from
the prompt does nothing, next time you leave you're prompted again.
The second time I was prompted, the prompt looked weird with a fourth button
(see attached image). I didn't click it and it didn't show again.
