STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create more than 2 desktops
2. checkmark cube
3. apply changes
OBSERVED RESULT
meta c does nothing on live USB or after install and update
EXPECTED RESULT
Cube effect working.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Cube effect works on kaOS and Fedora kinoite on bare metal. Neon cube used to
work in Beta but since RC1 has not worked.
