STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Fresh install Tokodon.
2. Configure first Mastodon Account.
3. Open Settings & click Add Account.
4. Configure second Mastodon Account.
5. No method exists in the Tokodon Settings or the UI to switch between these
two Mastodon accounts.
OBSERVED RESULT
No method exists in the Tokodon Settings or the UI to switch between multiple
configured Mastodon accounts.
EXPECTED RESULT
There would be a method in the Tokodon Settings or the UI to switch between
multiple configured Mastodon accounts.
