I've previously seen this effect when trying to install Plasma 6 from Neon Unstable repo - on top of an existing Kubuntu installation, but I thought it was because of the upgrade process messing something up. This is a show stopper for me for Plasma 6 - which is a shame, as I want to be on the development chain and help catch bugs early, but I can't daily drive Plasma 6 with this very low DPI.
