I think we're mixing up 2 bugs. The fonts in GTK apps being messed up with a
different scale factor and the fact that your user settings were lost.
Lets treat this bug as purely the former.
There was a separation of wayland and X11 configuration files for Plasma 6. It
seems like that is being lost and we are hitting the auto-generator.
