STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Network/Removable Devices in System Tray
2. click on "expand" button
3. change animation speed in System Settings and do 1~2 again
OBSERVED RESULT
The speed of "Expand" animation doesn't change.
EXPECTED RESULT
The speed of "Expand" animation should respect animation speed setting.
