digiKam 8.2.0 will be published for Windows x86_64 as NSIS installer fully
compiled under Windows 10 ++ MSVC compiler + VCPKG tool chain.
The new installer is only compatible with Windows 10 and later.
The old installer cross compiled with MXE tool chain under Linux still here, is
compatible with Windows 7 and later but is now deprecated due to several
limitations (eq the Exiv2 library limited to 0.27, Qt5 only, and the usage of
the out-of-date QtWebkit framework to access on cloud web services).
The new native installer use the modern QtWebEngine, Qt6, and Exiv2 0.28.1.
