I would like to add that Masked Brush - Flow option is also confusing in a same
way with the new checkbox even though the strength does work as it should. No
matter if turned on or off the curve and strength in effect is as set by user.
As Freya mentioned, it is probably best to treat it as 100% with default curve
if checkbox is off for both opacity and flow in masked brush section.
