Marking this as a regression. The masked brush's opacity strength works as
expected in 5.1.5, compared to always behaving as if it's 100% in 5.2.0.
The opacity not being disable-able isn't exactly a regression, since there used
to not be a checkbox for it, but it's still a bug. I would guess either it
should not have a checkbox, or disabling it should treat the opacity as 100%
(with curves disabled).
