Effectively the access to this option should be improved , but we need to ensure the same behavior remains available. In particular just adding a "NAND" to the existing list (OR, AND) will help to exclude all the selected tags , but will not allow to filter out pictures with a tag and not another one. so what we would need is a NOT attached to the tag.
