I'm using Ark 23.04.3 and I can still open text files from archives with and
without a file extension. I suspect that the default application for the file
being opened is set to KDE Connect rather than a text editor which is causing
the KDE Connect prompt to appear.
Would you be able to check the default program to handle text files (this can
be found in system settings) to confirm this theory?
