since version 23.04.3, ark can't open a text file inside of an archive anymore.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open an archive
2. open a text file within an archive
3. a window pops up 'KDE-Connect service program for URL' (see attached)
OBSERVED RESULT
error message 'file:///tmp/ark-tlSrlF/OrthancMySQL-5.0/MySQL/NEWS kann nicht
freigegeben werden'
EXPECTED RESULT
file is displayed
