Bug ID: 470363 Summary: devices, smart state, disk, wrong temperature Classification: Applications Product: kinfocenter Version: 5.27.5 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: philippe.roub...@free.fr CC: sit...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- Launch the info center. Go to “devices” go to “smart states” Compare the temperature of any disk to the temperature of any disk delivered by the command "sudo smartctl --all /dev/<disk>" in a text console. You will see that temperature is false. With "sudo smartctl --all /dev/<disk>" you get the good temperature. I assume in the data center, the data about disk are not fresh. I assume the data are acquired during the PC startup and never refreshed. At least they must be refresh when we click on the button “detail data" Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20230526 KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.106.0 Qt Version: 5.15.9 KDE GEARS 23.04.1 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
