Talked to the author of that commit and he confirms that it is. So this should
be fixed in Plasma 5.27.5.
Ultimately this is actually a bug in the LVFS which made the questionable
decision to block all requests fro Mozilla user agents, which Discover happens
to use because it uses QtNetwork which has that user agent by default.
